COD Mobile Season 2 Heavy Metal Update

Season 2 of Call of Duty: Mobile, entitled Heavy Metal, is bringing in the New Year with a bang. Players will be able to enjoy new multiplayer and battle royale modes along with unique rewards that can only be won this season. There are also fresh incentives for players to collect as they progress through the game.

Season 2 of Call of Duty Mobile is starting on February 22nd, 2023 and the battle will begin two days later. We hope you have fun!

The Heavy Metal Battle includes a variety of free and items, such as Operator Skins, Weapon Blueprints, Calling Cards, etc.

New Weapon - Maddox Assault Rifle

The Maddox Assault Rifle is the newest gun in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, and can be unlocked at Battle Tier 21. It's perfect for fast-paced combat due to its rapid-fire rate, minimal recoil and extended magazine size.

At Tier 14, you get a bonus Perk called Unit which rewards you with progress towards your Killstreak and Operator Skill every time an enemy is killed by one of your team. Additionally, there are many freebies to be gained at Tier 50 such as various Camos, Weapon Blueprints and the DR-H – Dean’s Hand!

New Operator Skins & Weapon Blueprints

Get the to unlock all of Heavy Metal Stream's content, including exclusive Operator Skins with a post-apocalyptic vibe like The Marshall, Dean and Domino - Intimidation Techniques as well as Beck - Spray Paint.

You can get hold of some powerful weapon blueprints, such as the QXR — DEAD-54, HBra3 — Steel Carnage and SP-R 208 – Wild West. The Koshka - Ironclad Enforcer will help you destroy your opponents! Plus there's also a free blueprint for Season 2 called Maddox - Aerodynamic Blueprint which is available now.

Battle Subscription Content & Boosts

By getting the Battle Subscription, you can be part of the Ground Forces. You'll get access to the full features and rewards from each season, as well as a 10% increase in Player XP and Weapon XP. Plus there are discounts for pulling out crates ten times! The Season 2 awards include Rytec AMR – Hell Bound weapon blueprint, Backpack 2 - Ebony Commander skin, and Wraith – Death Metal Operator Skin.

New Map - The Whiptail Motel in Diesel

In Diesel, players are taken to a desert area where there is an abandoned petrol station. Combat in this map can involve fighting at medium and long ranges outdoors as well as more intense fights near the gas station itself or inside nearby shops.

To be successful, you must quickly and easily move between buildings while changing your equipment to fit the ever-changing situation of battle.

Clash as a Goliath in an intense match and compete with other mechs to dominate three capture points on the battlefield. If you succeed, your reward will be battery drops which can upgrade your Goliath's abilities: Blue power boosts speed; Red increases damage output and Silver enhances armor defenses.

• Blue: Get a Melee weapon with improved damage and a new slide skill along with faster movement speed.
• Red: Equip the Purifier, plus get a health boost and a reduction to all incoming damage.
• Silver: Gain enhanced firepower along with a damage and health boost.
• Chaos Control: Control has no life limit, so teams can play more daringly and are rewarded for taking risks and making big moves.

New Battle Royale Class

The Ravager Launcher class can help you fight better. Its base ability lets you put down a Sentry Turret which has an expiration date and will automatically shoot at enemies near it. Upgrade the turret so that its missiles have more power to take out vehicles easily. , these turrets are vulnerable and must be placed carefully in relation to your foes for maximum effectiveness.

New Challenges & Seasonal Events

Heavy Metal's Season 2 brings with it some exciting rewards! You can get Battle XP, Operator Skins and Weapon Blueprints. Plus, you'll also receive a signature Underbarrel attachment for the M4 which is great for pushing back enemies in objective points. To find out what other goodies are available through Daily Missions or Monthly s check out the Events tab in-game throughout this season to make sure you don't miss anything.

New Event - Black Gold Brawl

To get rewards like the S36 – Vengeful Clucks and Captain Park – Party Camo, you need to do daily tasks in Battle Royale or multiplayer. This will help you collect fuel which is necessary for your progress. Keep doing this every day during the event to move forward on the reward path until finally get those ultimate goodies!

New Rewards - Limited Time Tickets

Earn Limited Time Tickets (LTT) by completing seasonal events or winning Battle Royale matches. You can use the tickets to purchase Operator Skins, Weapon Blueprints and other items from the LTT Store before March 12 - that's when it closes! So get your hands on those rewards while you still have time!

New Epic Character Draw

Nyx is an undercover assassin working for the Atlas Corporation and uses her celebrity status to move around freely while carrying out assassinations. As part of the Draw event, there's a blueprint available that doubles as both Nyx’s HS0405 weapon and also as a musical instrument when she performs live.

COD Mobile Season 2 Character Draws:

• Demir — Dark Spell: Demir has become a mercenary, disguising himself with new magical powers and steampunk-style Mystic Cards. You can now him in battle by getting your own set of Legendary GKS - available to draw!
• Sophia — Sand Dune: Makarov's ex-student shows up in the fight with an incredibly powerful weapon called Corrupted Light, which was a prototype she got when leaving Makarov's place. This Blueprint can be found if you take part in the Draw.
• Killgore — Vengeful Flames: Killgore is a thrill-seeker who uses his combat experiences to write songs about the harsh realities of war. He will take any job as long as it pays well and provides him with stimulating challenges. To honor this, there's an instrument Blueprint shaped like a guitar called 'Iron Song' which is reminiscent of classic metal bands - perfect for Killgore!

Battle Vault:

The Battle Vault is being expanded for Season 2, giving players access to exclusive Epic Operator Skins. These include Morte - Conciliatory, Scarlett Rhodes - Carmine, Alex - Bounty Hunter and Scylla – Dusted. Players also have the chance to earn blueprints they may have missed before like M4-Spurred, Razorback – Stirrup, AGR 556 – Western Crown or RUS 79U– Wretched.
